✨Meet the Team ✨ Kelly Benefits Cycling, kbscycling, is a USAC Domestic Elite Team based in Baltimore, MD with a storied background with U23 and JR development. Kelly Benefits Cycling is proud to have placed over 15 riders in the professional ranks and honored to have on the current team the current U23 Time Trial and Criterium USA National Champions (Patrick Welch and Liam Flanagan). After a 3-month training and racing block in Girona Spain this Spring, the team kicked off their 2023 race season with the NCL race series and UCI and national level stage races such as Redlands Cycling Classic, The Gila Stage Race and the USAC Amateur and Professional National Championships.
