Would you try this? I’ve been seeing this viral Fruit Roll-Up ice cream all over the internet, so I had to remake it after iftar. All you really need is ice cream and a fruit roll up. Since I had a strawberry Fruit Roll-Up I wanted to pair it with mango ice cream. Then of course to make the combo even better I had to add chamoy and Tajin. You need to assemble and roll everything quickly because the Fruit Roll-Up hardens within seconds. My thoughts: this was a delicious snack, but of course everything gets super hyped up.
