My latest obsession are these creamy eggs with cottage cheese or farmer cheese gordongram style or as they call them in french “oeuf brouillé”. The trick is to cook them in low heat, to keep stirring, and remove on and off from the heat, so the eggs can continue to cook but remain creamy.
