This team just wrapped an incredible week in Cancun with 1,100 of our sales and ops teammates for MMPC 2022 (Movement Mortgage President’s Club), and, man, am I feeling grateful. Three years ago, not long after we hired Kelsey Seagle (more on her later 😉) as our only gear and events person on staff, and coming off attending her first MMPC, she looked at me and said “I got this.” We had been working with an event planner to that point, but Kelsey was convinced she could run it. The next year she did just that. And killed it. But that was 700 attendees ago… Look, I know there are bigger events in the world, but I cannot stress how proud I am of this internal mortgage marketing team for pulling off a party of this magnitude.
