While Everson Griffen returning to Minnesota is still a possibility, there is a ton of competition to get reps opposite of Danielle Hunter in the #vikings 4-3 scheme. ___ Odenigbo: Ifeadi showed flashes in limited reps last season, racking up 7.0 sacks in a backup role to Everson Griffen, barring Griffen’s departure, I think odenigbo has earned an opportunity to crack the starting lineup and get the majority of reps at DE on the other side of Danielle Hunter. ___ Wonnum: More of a developmental prospect, Wonnum has potential to be a very productive player after getting a year or two under his belt. With his 6’5” 258LB frame, he has a similar frame to Danielle Hunter & hopefully can learn some things from him.
