Eli Reed elireedmagnum shared this image & story with us during our #LeicaLACCC on Father's Day 2015. •When talking about this image, Eli had mentioned that earlier in the day he took this picture, Pac had just punched a hole into a wall and was in a very angry mood. Eli told his assistant just to relax and not say anything when Pac arrived. As Pac entered the room, Eli mentioned the energy was just so somber and not right. As Tupac took his shirt off, Eli had snapped only 2-3 shots & then called the shoot a wrap. This iconic image now resides in the #Smithsonian. Tupac's controversial lifestyle and music may not be something people agree or care about. But there is no denying that worldwide, Tupac has become one of the biggest influences in rap till this day.
