The Jet Fighter is a perfect cocktail for cocktail parties, pre-dinner drinks and Apres. Directions: 1oz 10th mountain bourbon 3/4oz bitter apertif 1/4oz 10th mountain alpenglow cordial 1/4oz barrel-aged honey syrup 1/2oz fresh lemon juice Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake until chilled and slightly diluted. Strain out leftover ice into a small rocks or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
