Special shout out to the North Kansas City Girl Basketball Team 🏀, for making it to the state championship game tomorrow! So far they are 20-2 overall and 10-1 in their league! We knew this team had great potential the moment they walked through the door. The question was, if we could correct and teach proper movement patterns to decrease the season ending injuries that have plagued them in the past. I’m very happy to say that every athlete that trained with us has remained injury free! (minus the typical In season bumps and bruises). The Zone 6 Family has been following them on their journey and we could not be more excited to see their success this season.
