Exercise of the Day: Low Split Stability Lift (Bar) This is a great exercise that uses your total body and really challenges your Pillar stability. The keys to this movement is to remain in a balanced position (not leaning into the weight no leaning away from it). Keeping a tall upright posture through the torso. When first starting the exercise you want to pull the bar across your chest and keep the arm extended like Isaac is doing here. From this position you need to maintain that pillar stability as you press the cable end of the bar directly out in front of you.
