Progress update!!📈 Mitch is getting back into the “swing” of things.... ⚾️First clip is 3 weeks ago (SB Seated Rotational Chops) The second is last week (Standing Rotational Chops). This is a great exercise to strengthen Anterior facial slings to aid in Energy transfer from the hips, through the torso and to the arms.
