Mizzou Track & Field athlete Nylo Clarke has been working on his running mechanics with an introduction to Acceleration, Transitional and Absolute Speed program. Wall Drill to strengthen posture and leg cycle breakdown to build proper running mechanics. In the weeks to come Nylo’s training will consist of primarily absolute speed drills as well as Acceleration and Pillar Strengthening Exercise to minimize energy leaks. #zone6 #z6performance
