Today, on #IWD2022, we celebrate the women who are leading the development of netball in the Pacific through the support of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade's Official Assistance Program. Netball Samoa: Justine Samu, Rosemarie Lome and Tusi Faasootau Ale deliver a family environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all. Netball Fiji: Vivian Koster and Kinisalote Drasuna are helping to nurture, grow and empower netball in Fiji. Netball PNG: Elizabeth Arua has just been appointed as Netball PNG’s first employee. She’s determined to develop netball in the whole of PNG, focusing on rural communities. Tonga Netball Association: Salote Sisifa, Malia Kupu, Uinita Tauhalaliku, Lavelua Taulahi and Louna Vaka are overcoming recent challenges to deliver inclusive netball programs.
