Netball impacts everyone 🌏 No matter where you play in the world, there’s no doubting that netball is fun, a great way to be active, and helps to develop valuable life skills. Netball Australia is pleased to announce that recent evaluations of our Team Up One Netball Samoa and One Netball Tonga programs are shooting goals. The delivery of grassroots participation programs shows that Samoan participants improved their leadership skills (78%), communication (84%), and decision-making skills (87%). Not only does netball improve players' skills the environments are welcoming too. Samoans reported that 95% felt that netball was welcoming and friendly and that players were well supported by their coaches. Our Tongan friends had similar results in that all players agreed that netball in Tonga was welcoming and friendly.
