As a usacengland studyabroadusac student at unibrighton I've had lots of amazing opportunities for adventure, both in Brighton and beyond! 🗺 This semester everyone in my cohort is taking a mandatory British Culture module, which involves going on field trips around important areas in and around Brighton. With every new landmark we visit we get to learn about how British culture has been shaped over history in these specific places, and it's really cool to be able to apply that to Brighton in the present. 🇬🇧 So far we've visited the Royal Pavillion, a favorite holiday residence of King George IV, and the Amex Stadium right on our campus, where the officialbhafc plays in the Premier League! Future trips will include the Preston Manor House, the Old Police Cells museum, and Lewes castle. 🌟 . We also have a lot of field trips outside of the module; these usually happen on weekends and take us out of Brighton and into the greater Sussex region. So far we've visited the Beachy Head cliff...
