I'm a biology and political science double major and I'm an RA in Erickson Hall, as well as a member of the Peer Review Council. Being an RA and a member of the Peer Review Council we work with Restorative Practices a lot. My definition of Restorative Practices is that it's a new and innovative way to work with the community to resolve conflict. We use Restorative Practices in residential halls as a way to deal with roommate conflict, it's a way for people to see how their actions affect others.
