When playing 2 games a week how much complexity do you need?
The common misconception of in-season training is that you are just maintaining. In the video we time our sprints, record our numbers and write them down to make sure we are getting better (or at least staying on the path) as the season goes on. So when we get to the off-season, we can expand our library and improve on qualities that we can’t get in-season.
