‼️UPDATE‼️ After 8 years teamapec and apecdfw it is time to close that chapter. I am beyond thankful for everyone I have been able to meet, coach and grow alongside these past 8 years and as you can imagine it isn’t easy. stroupebob and kye.heck took a lost 21 year old kid and gave him something to aim for. And for that I will always be in your debt. Thankfully God has begun a new chapter in my family’s life IN COLORADO. I will be joining kulasportsperformance in Littleton, CO as a Master Trainer and helping build the adult fitness system as well as helping with professional and youth athletic performance. I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity to continue helping EVERY level from ages 5-85 achieve their goal of human performance.
