ACC Defenses were brutal in the early 00’s. There were a lot of Thump’n & Bump’n on that battlefield... I’ve witnessed a lot of broken souls out there... Athletes (claiming that they were the best) being shipped back to their hometown because they couldn’t tolerate the harsh reality (that they were not the MAN anymore). My body use to be in flames (of pain) during games but what kept me Running was the passion that burned within. The moral of the story is...Pain is temporary, so when life gets tough, keep striving to win. The reward will be the legacy that you leave behind.
