It all started at the age of six years old, As a Center for my flag football team... I use to watch my older cousin run all of the touchdowns (as a Running Back). It intrigued me. As a RB, there was something about toting that tater while pathing your way to DESTINATION 6 aka the End Zone. A few years later Tecmo Bowl was launched... The first football game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It had all of the great inspirational Running Backs such as The Late Great Walter “Sweetness” Payton & Bo Jackson. The Game was built around those two Legends. Needless to say... My Big Brother & I played it every single day. One day, while we were in the middle of playing the game, My Brother randomly powered off the Nintendo & said “Follow me outside”. He took me to the front yard & educated me on the organized football basics from a RB’s perspective, such as the 1,3,5,7 & the 2,4,6,8.
