Kelce - whose brother Travis is dating Taylor Swift - described Welsh people as 'posh, rich, upper class, beautiful white people' on a podcast with his brother while discussing NFL-convert Louis Rees Zammit.
Rees-Zammit recently joined Travis's team Kansas City Chiefs.
Jason has subsequently apologised and said: "the Welsh seem exactly like my kind of people... happy to be incredibly wrong."
