Meet Lidia Cerezuela (cerezuelis), Data Engineer for cipgreenpower and Crew Chief for agrteamofficial 👩‍💻 “I never imagined being part of this world.” Lidia grew up enjoying motorsport, particularly F1, with her dad. Despite this, she had never considered a career in the industry, “I think female role models can help inspire girls to think bigger; I wish I had them as a kid.” 💜 It was only after she had finished her studies, graduating in Mechanical Engineering and mastering in Industrial Engineering, did Lidia realise there was a spot in the industry for her. After being offered a role working in motorbike racing, Lidia hasn’t looked back and has since spent eight years working in the JuniorGP World Championship and ESBK Spanish Championship 🇪🇸 Lidia is now starting the 2024 season continuing her work with AGR Team as Crew Chief for Moto3 and ETC in JuniorGP.
