I couldn’t figure out where to go on campus and I felt pretty helpless and out of place. Then, luckily the Global Ambassadors were there to guide us around so that’s when I realized that I needed to be one too and help the incoming international freshmen transition into their life as a #Hokie. It’s been fun to have these students look up to me as I teach them about my #VirginiaTech experiences. It’s really rewarding.”
