So many questions and we've got answers! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your menu tasting will typically happen about 3 months prior to the big day. Some venues and catering companies may even get you in 4 months prior to the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During your tasting, you'll try a variety of dishes that you will have pre-selected prior. You'll then be narrowing down from a larger selection to choose what you and your guests will ultimately be served on the big day. You'll try everything from hors d'oeuvres to starters, entrees, and even desserts if your package includes them! We always advise our couples to come hungry and wear stretchy pants because it's a lot of food! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Be sure when making selections you think about all of your guests.
