Cat and Mouse 1v1s 📝✍️ Told the guys this was our first time trying this drill after watching alexsarama post this this past week. I thought this created an environment where players could be less scripted and read and feel defensive pressure involving a pick, but also defenders simply chasing or approaching different ways. It created opportunities for guys to use windups and change of speed, and also learn patience as they weren’t able to just take off and run until the D triggered the drill. Guys had fun with this one and I definitely saw some light 💡 bulbs go off!
