Smoke Signals 🌋 ・・・ fuego at dawn. we were awoken by our guides at 4am, stiff and groggy from our 3500m ascent the previous day, to trudge the final 400 meters of Volcan Acatenango in pitch darkness lit only by our feeble headlamps and the occasional, fiery eruptions of the neighboring volcano. as we reached the peak, the sky was already morphing into hypnotic shades of pink and blue as the sun rose. • #regram of @elvieinthewild
