It turns out my fav side dish is very easy to make!
frysfoodstores has some great recipes inspired by their Latin Flavors event. Have you been to Fry’s lately? They have some insane deals on our fav foods from south of the border! Here’s the recipe for the street corn I made & this would be a great dish to bring to any summer party!
Ingredients
4 ears of corn, husked
2 tbsp. Hellman’s Real Mayo
1 tbsp. Cacique® Crema Mexicana Table Cream
2 tbsp. Cacique® Queso Fresco
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped (I left this out because I don’t love it)
Tajin Seasoning (Optional)

Step 1
If using oven: Heat oven to 425 degrees Individually wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil. Bake for 45 mins. Allow corn to cool for 30 mins
If using grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Place corn directly over heat. Cook until kernels begin to darken, about 5 minutes, then turn and continue cooking until all sides are slightly blackened.
