6 years in and still hungrier than ever. Every day I wake up thankful that I get to do this full time. We’ve grown Ben Teer Basketball into the largest training brand in Maine, that allows me to work with hundreds of kids weekly. No gym of my own, no AAU to pull from, no past Coaching job to start and advertise from, no Pro career… just a kid that loved basketball …traveling the state and building from the MUD!! It’s not easy or for the weak being in places you never grew up in and trying to build a culture, but it’s worth it!!! And we still are growing weekly. Sometimes I’m impatient and think I should be further ahead, or thinking there’s more I can do, but most times I realize I’m right where I need to be. I’m learning, growing, and maturing daily!!! Trying to build the biggest brand while still being the perfect husband, father, and friend. It takes discipline, focus, and constant energy.
