Just a few days left to get in on our April flight of the month.😋 🇲🇽 Bonete Raicilla 🇲🇽 Made in the coastal and mountainous regions of Jalisco in Western Mexíco, this trio of Bonete raicillas comes from three producers all with their unique final flavors. The Costa from Jarquin Solis was made at lower elevations from the Rhodacantha agave with a still made from brick and an actual bonete tree trunk. The Sierra from Luis Aguirre and our Palenque batch from Gerardo “El Lobo” Peña both come from higher elevations using Maximiliana agaves roasted in adobe ovens and distilled in stainless steel.
