This is just SOME of the things I will be taking in to battle in shadowing king_iz on Day 1 of her 3 day badass bike ride to help frontline healthcare workers battling COVID-19... These amazing humans are working 12 hour shifts 3 days in a row (if not more), so honored to call Isabel a friend and teammate as she will do this CRAZY 100+ miles and 12,000 feet of vert 3 days in a row.. I get to do Day 1 with her and her quarantine mate emmerlin taps in to do Day 2-3..
