OH LORD!!! Yes I like pushing the envelope on the bike, all in the name of getting better.. But I may have bit off more then I can chew with this one. My training partner, teammate and overall triathlete badass king_iz is doing a FANTASTIC fundraiser to help the frontline healthcare workers who are battling COVID-19.. These amazing humans work 12 hour shifts 3 straight days (if not more) to save lives, so Isabel will be riding 100+ miles and climbing 12,000 feet of vert 3 straight days May 29 30 31... I will be kicking off Day 1 with her, link is in my bio on how to donate and help the people who are fighting for our loved ones.. I’ve never gone above 9K in vert along with 100+ miles, I have NO IDEA how my body will respond, but there’s always strength in numbers..
