With a sudden change and my last week approaching: thank you, to the University of South Carolina jndillman and thecoachlawson for these past three months. There is no better place to grow as a professional and no better staff to work with in Strength and Conditioning than South Carolina. With that being said, after this week I will be moving to Salisbury, NC to start as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, for the Catawba Indians!
