Pools + Fitness = FUN!
Our Fitness Swim Program kicks off tonight! This program is designed to improve your swimming, help you learn and implement new techniques and take your current workouts to the next level with the help of a supportive community. Whether you are an experienced swimmer, a triathlete or an intermediate fitness swimmer, the Fitness Swim Program has a lane just for you. The program meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and Wednesday mornings at 7 a.m. Visit
