I once listened to a podcast where this man said, ⁣ ⁣ “The difference between the successful and the not so successful, is the successful acknowledge they need help and then proceed to seek it out, the not so successful reject the entire idea of help as a whole.”⁣ ⁣ This sat with me. It was at a time in which I was running gsafootball entirely by myself, and I couldn’t quite understand why months would pass without me feeling like any progress was being made. It wasn’t until realizing that 1.) I have weaknesses, 2.) I need help and 3.) others can help me, that I started to see MASSIVE progress and success in our company. ⁣ ⁣ I say this as an encouragement.
