10/6⁣ 6:00 AM⁣ ⁣ Woke up thinking this AM about the importance of having a TEAM. I think about everything we are trying to accomplish right now with gsafootball & gradymedia and one truth about it all is that NOTHING gets accomplished without those around me. ⁣ ⁣ On a small scale, without Aniyha, EJ, or Madison, my time spent yesterday talking with Byron isn’t nearly as fruitful, clarifying, or energizing. On a large scale, without these 3 or any of the other hands we have on deck, the entire needle doesn’t get moved at all. It can be easy to be the owner of a company and 1.) try to get it all done yourself, or 2.) pretend like you get it all done yourself, but the reality is neither is a recipe for success or peace of mind. I used to have this mindset until I understood that the ole phrase, “together everyone achieves more”, is cliche, yet so true.⁣ ⁣ With that said, my encouragement today is to take an honest assessment of those around you.
