#TBT End Workout with a Two Ball Series 🛑Combo into a Quick Change: 🛑Making players uncomfortable at some point in a workout is key: 🔵I see all the time "Doing things that translate to a game" or "only do things you would do in a game" 🔵Workout: Ball Handling, Shooting (Form, Off Catch, Off bounce), finishing, positional work and footwork should always be in your workout: Do something to get them uncomfortable because games are never comfortable all the time! 🔵I don't shoot with no one guarding me in a game, but we do that, I don't play against AIR, but we do that too to work on our game, I don't get passes from right under the rim with my eyes locked on rim all the time but we do that too!
