Nice to see Inside Housing’s coverage of my innovative housing policies to tackle the lack of affordable family homes across Greater London, including using modular housing to deliver high quality, desirable housing stock: “Brian Rose intends to build 50,000 homes by the end of the year, on Transport for London land. He believes this will be done using modular construction, utilising land that is currently being wasted and, thanks to the houses’ proximity to transport hubs, minimising the effects of transport pollution.” With 13% of Londoners suggesting that housing is the number one priority for London’s Mayor, isn’t it time we had a genuine alternative to Sadiq Khan and his PR machine?
