This week’s “Swim Dodge Series” focuses on how to successfully use your stick and footwork to “swim” over a defender who is trying to make contact with you early. As the defender lunges at your hands and body, this move will allow you to capitalize on that pressure, separate yourself, and create a lane to goal! One key: this move must be made early and without making contact with your defender to avoid an offensive foul. Important emphasis on stick protection and ball security!
