Meet Karen (K) Magnusdottir McComish '23 (they/them), a sociology and Women, Gender, Sexuality Studies major with a concentration in feminist/intersectional science and technology studies (F/ISTS), and a minor in environmental science. They are interested in community and climate mitigation, and hope to become an environmental lawyer after graduation. "I really encourage all students to look into the F/ISTS concentration because it's unique to Barnard and it's super interdisciplinary.
