Meet Emma Beaumont-Smith ‘23, a political science major and human rights student. As an Athena Fellow, Emma worked on a policy recommendation urging government agencies to redirect their small business research grants to startups working on space debris. “As an Athena Fellow, I was able to look into technology and space policy.
