Day21 #aracecaraday raday is the beautiful McLaren MP4-28. She wasn’t the quickest, we didn’t get a podium finish in 2013, the closest was a 4th in Interlagos. The memory that sticks in my mind from 2013 was breaking my hand hitting a drum four days before I was due to drive FP1 in Suzuka Japan! The team said I should sit the race out but I was adamant I could drive through the pain and I could, just! the race was agony but nothing compared to when I forgot the break and shook hulkhulkenberg hand 😵.
