“How I make a "healthy" latte”

Let's be honest, coffee just tastes good, lol, but on
the flip side can be a stressor to our adrenals and
disrupt our gut microbiome. BLAH! I know. I'm
killing the mood.
It's just like anything else. Enjoy it in moderation, and
don't go crazy!
Most lattes are filled with sugar, and the calories can
pile up!

So I am going to show you what I like to do to keep
calories low and my gut microbiome somewhat
happy!

My at-home latte recipe:
-Double shot of espresso
-8 1/2 oz unsweetened almond milk
-1 stevia packet
-3 dropper fulls vanilla stevia sweetleafstevia
-2 squeezes of stevia caramel sweetleafstevia
-1 squeeze of stevia coconut
Splash of sweet and creamy silk creamer!

Side note, I take my stevia flavors with me
everywhere lol they live in my purse. You just never
know!
