You need consistency, not another diet. Before jumping into a diet it’s important to review dieting history, biofeedback, current intake, and stressors. For *most* people, if you have been at your maintenance for 6+ months, your body physiologically *may* be ready for a diet. But just because your body has restored, does not mean YOU are ready for one. If you are: πŸ‘‰ Always β€œstarting over” on Monday πŸ‘‰ Not able to plan your meals πŸ‘‰ Eating majority processed foods πŸ‘‰ Not getting quality sleep / recovery πŸ‘‰ Bingeing every weekend πŸ‘‰ Not aware of your stressors / managing those πŸ‘‰ Staying consistent in your workout routine Then you are not ready to diet. Taking the extra time to build a solid foundation, restore your relationship with food, and get consistent in the β€œboring” things is where success lies. π™π™–π™¨π™©π™šπ™§ β‰  π˜½π™šπ™©π™©π™šπ™§.
