You need consistency, not another diet.
Before jumping into a diet itβs important to review dieting history, biofeedback, current intake, and stressors.
For *most* people, if you have been at your maintenance for 6+ months, your body physiologically *may* be ready for a diet.
But just because your body has restored, does not mean YOU are ready for one.
