Because shoes can sometimes be more harmful than beneficial.
We believe shoes are a necessity in protecting our feet from harm, but also believe that we have completely desensitized our feet by relying on them far too much and wearing them way too often.
This can lead to problems at the source and upstream.

Start with these low hanging fruits:
💪 Training: Start kicking off your shoes and socks during your lower intense, lower volume stationary work. Bodyweight gymnastics, light loaded movement, even runs or sprints on soft grass are starting points.
👌 Save all the dynamic/explosive work and pounding for when you build up A LOT more tolerance. Think about this the same way you would in building strength in your deadlift. It takes time and reps.
