Our next speaker has taken the mindset of team building from basketball to building iconic structures in Mahoning Valley and beyond. Welcome our next panelist, Joseph DeSalvo!! Joseph K. DeSalvo, CHC, President, joined the company in 1996 beginning his career in the field as a general laborer, and then as an assistant estimator/project manager. Joe became an estimator/project manager in 1998 and was then promoted to executive vice president in 2004. In 2013, Joe was named president of DeSalvo Construction. Joe manages all company operations and oversees all current projects. He attended Eastern Michigan University from 1988 through 1990 and transferred to Youngstown State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1993.
