Taking the new suit for a swim 👙⁣ ⁣ Axiom.Space recently tested its Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU) lunar spacesuit for the first time in the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory at NASAJohnson Space Center.⁣ ⁣ The uncrewed suit was submerged underwater and weighed out to simulate the gravity environment of the lunar surface, which is about 1/6th of the gravity we experience on Earth.
