This year’s final set of midterms is just around the corner depaulu, which means a lot of students are likely stressed out and looking for ways to cope with it. The answer to students’ school-induced stress might be just beyond the doors of the library: outdoors. Environmental science professor Liam Heneghan said a short walk in a green space has statistically been shown to increase performance, along with reducing blood pressure and modulating pain and anxiety.
