Butterfly Ice-cream Cake! 🦋🎂 perfect for a summer party! This was easier than I was expecting and super cute! All you need is a tub of icecream, a layer of cake, and candy to decorate! 1. Line a large round pan with cling wrap and add your icecream- remember to pack it down. (I used cotton candy flavor) 2. Add a layer of cake the same size as the pan and freeze overnight. 3. Turn out the icecream cake on a serving platter, cut down the middle, then turn the edges inwards. 4. Decorate with M&M’s for the wings, pocky sticks for the antenna, and a wafer cookie for the body.
