Concrete Safaris is an organization that prepares youth in East Harlem to lead healthy lives while The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation strives to plant trees for a greener, cleaner and healthier planet. The two have partnered with a mission of improving nutrition and the environment in communities across the globe!
