Starting with a clay distilled version from the Sola de Vega, one the last villages to continue this ancestral process, followed by their famed elote which has roasted corn rested in the mezcal between distillations adding sweet notes, and finishing with a small batch distilled in copper from the mineral-rich terroir of Miahuatlan.
