🏃‍♀️🌲 Exciting News! Ashley Forshey will be embarking on a remarkable journey on May 11th, 2024. Starting from the northern border of Colorado and making her way to the southern border using various back roads and trails. 🌄 Beginning at the Wyoming/Colorado border on Route 287, Ashley aims to reach the Colorado border within a span of two weeks. Having participated in 100-mile races and various ultramarathons, Ashley’s upcoming solo journey presents a new challenge through diverse terrains and conditions. Her motivation extends beyond personal goals as she seeks to give back to her fellow brothers and sisters in arms who may be in need of support and community. As a former Army engineer who transitioned out of the military in 2020 amidst the challenges of COVID, Ashley found solace and purpose in trail running and yoga.
